CH Muhammed koya memorial charitable center, popularly known as CH center, commenced operating from a small private residence with zero funding, to where we are today- the charitable voluntary organization operating from large and expanding premises and providing medical and humanitarian services across the world. Providing free medicine, free dialysis center, free food, free ambulance services, etc.

CH Centre is a registered independent charitable organization focusing to help people in the medical field . CH Centre started its operations on 6th September 2001, considering the difficulties faced by the patients of Calicut Medical College hospital after the Kadalundi Train accident and Pookkipparambu bus accident- the two serious disruptions that took away a lot of lives and created great potential losses to the mankind.

After consulting with experts and medical bodies, C H Centre started its humble beginning by distributing sample medicines for the poor and the needy. Free medicines were made available to people as and when required. This action helped many poor people from accessing proper health care services. Many political leaders addressed this idea as a major step towards providing social security to citizens and, we became an inspiration for many.
